The Commuter Numerical is the first of our watches to feature numbers in our bespoke Geo typeface, made in-house by one of our design team.

The original idea for the typeface came from the scale it would be used at - when the numbers are scaled down on a watch face, the eye automatically fills in the gaps.

The letterforms are inspired by Art Deco typefaces, which is reflected in their sharp points and geometric forms. (Also referencing our move away from the oversaturated minimalist trend, and Art Deco's celebration of decoration over austerity.)

The numerals will be featured on two more models launching in August, a classic style with a compact 28mm case, and our first mechanical, the Commuter Automatic.
