Important information for our US customers

Since the introduction of US tariffs last year, we’ve been working behind the scenes to make sure ordering one of our watches from the States feels straightforward and fairly priced. To do this, we set up a US subsidiary with our sister company, anOrdain.

What that means in practice:

All US watch orders are first sent to our representative in Connecticut. Because these shipments are now internal to the company, duties and taxes are charged at a wholesale rate, significantly reducing the overall cost. We’ve chosen to absorb those fees ourselves. Your watch is then forwarded via FedEx as a domestic US shipment.

The important part:

You won’t be charged any additional import duties, taxes or tariffs on delivery. While it may add a little extra time while we process your order through anOrdain Inc. it ensures there isn’t an unexpected bill waiting at the door.

This approach has gone well, and we’re now exploring a similar setup in Europe. The aim is the same: to avoid surprise fees, and make owning one of our watches more accessible, wherever you are. We’re excited about what this could mean for our European customers and hope to share more soon.

Thank you to our US customers for your continued support; we’re glad to remove some of the friction from ordering and make things just a little simpler.

Please note this is for watch shipments only.
