We pride ourselves on using bespoke typography for every watch or clock that we make, whether designed in-house or in collaboration with an artist or designer.
The numerals designed for the Neo – and now used on the Modul and Mara – took inspiration from the Dutch designer Wim Crouwel, who created typography rooted in systems of geometry. Scale is a crucial consideration when designing type for watches, so we continue to tweak throughout the prototyping phase to ensure we balance legibility and clarity while retaining character and design intention.

Collaboration is a big part of our ethos, and we are lucky to work with artists and designers who care about typography as much as we do. We find working with artists outside the watch industry to be integral to finding new perspectives and championing innovation.
